"This is just the most awesome amazing place for chiropractic and massage care. So amazing that I had to stop in while visiting Portland." -Leah C.

"AMAZING!!! The most incredible healing team out there!" - Annie L.

"I have been seeing Dr. J for years. I was not one for chiropractic but went as a last resort. Dr. J and the team at Concordia Chiropractic have been with me through a long healing journey. Thank you so much for the caring and healing. You rock!" -Cate M.

My Acupuncturist recommended Jason. She didn't know him, but got a feeling he would be good for me. I've been to him about 4 times when I have a couple vertebrae that go out. He corrects it just right and then if anything else needs some work. I highly recommend Jason. He is a nice and conversational guy. Best part, because I only go in occasionally, he remembers the history. He takes care things. That is really cool. Thank you Jason. -Rob H.

"Dr. Jason is, quite honestly, the man. He is incredibly professional, a great listener, and a skilled healer. He helped me correct my posture from years of bad yoga and poor walking/standing. Just after I was corrected from all the other stuff, a drunk driver blew through a stop sign and t-boned me in my little Ford. Luckily, the car saved my life, and Dr. Jason put me back together. Not only is he an incredibly skilled chiropractic physician, he also has a great office staff. Christy is a joy at the front desk. His wife and office manager, Melissa, is a very skilled massage therapist and really cares about each patient, just like Dr. Jason. His other massage therapists are great. Alison Alstrom, rockstar yoga teacher from the People's Yoga, is on his staff for private yoga therapy.

All in all, if you want to feel great and have a chiropractor you trust, Concordia is NOT to be missed!"

-Kendra H.

"I am very happy with the quality of care I received from Dr. Jason. He has an excellent sense of initiative, 20 years experience and well-honed listening skills. I highly recommend Dr. Jason if you are in chronic pain, have suffered an injury or want chiropractic adjustments for health maintenance. " -Irene M.

"Friendly staff, and Dr. Jason is an excellent chiropractor. " -Sonja A.

  • "I can now drive a car, take my child to numerous activities, successfully make it through a pregnancy with little or no discomfort - lead a normal life. I would highly recommend to anyone who lives with physical pain or disfunction to turn to Dr. Jason Lindekugel and the Postural Alignment Exercises. The decision will change your life."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
