Melissa Lindekugel, Office Manager, Massage Therapist
Melissa found her path as a massage therapist over 15 years ago. She worked many years in a chiropractic office where she was fortunate to work with doctors that believed in treating the body as a whole. She has experienced working with a wide range of clientele and a variety of health issues. In 2004, Melissa began studying Naturopathic Medicine because she wants to fill the gap between the health of the physical and spiritual body. Currently, Melissa is taking a break from school to manage Concordia Chiropractic Center along with her husband, Jason Lindekugel, DC; and spend as much time as possible with their children Elliot, 5 and Francis 2.

Alisha Harrington, LAc, LMT
Alisha Harrington LAc is an acupuncturist and massage therapist who practices family style medicine, providing comprehensive complimentary and alternative medicine to all ages. By treating patients in context of lifestyle, Alisha focuses on disease prevention and health awareness. Along with treatment, Alisha provides lifestyle recommendations such as nutritional advice, exercises and mental exercises to put health care into the patient’s own hands. Alisha holds a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, is nationally certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine by the NCCAOM, is licensed by the Oregon board of Medicine and is licensed as a massage therapist by the Oregon Board of Massage. She studied at the TCM university of Nanjing, China and the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA.
Anya Gordin, RYT, CCA
Anya is an expert in yoga therapy with a passion for balancing the body through movement. Anya has an expert eye for seeing what is happening and not happening in the movement and yoga practices of her clients. Her own passion for movement began with competitive gymnastics, and 10-year career of professional contemporary and classical dance. Striving for balance in her own body led her to the practice of yoga. The past 6 years have been filled with studying in depth the correlations between social, emotional and physical patterns. Anya’s clients vary from those recovering from surgery to those suffering from chronic pain.
Assessment is based on what she sees and feels; treatment is born out of the clients most present needs and is consistently re-evaluated based on progress. It is the varied nature of Anya’s background that gives her, her unique style.
Alison Alstrom
Alison Alstrom is continually amazed by broad scope and varied benefits of yoga in general, and Anusara in particular. She has studied closely with Anusara's founder, John Friend, serving as host and assistant at his recent Portland workshop, and has deepened her practice under the loving guidance of Dr Douglas Brooks, Desiree Rumbaugh, Sianna Sherman, and Darren Rhodes. Teaching full time since 2004, Alison has most recently been honored to serve the growing Anusara community in Portland in a leadership role, organizing programs and workshops as well as mentoring teachers, and is currently co-leading a registered 108 hour immersion in the in the Anusara method. Alison has taught one on one therapeutic yoga for years, and is now pleased to bring this individualized instruction to the clinical setting of CCC.
Tim Young, LMT, Lic # 17766
Tim joined the team at Concordia Chiropractic Center in October of 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Western States (formerly Western States Chiropractic College) massage program. His training is focused in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports/Ortho/Rehab and Medical Massage. Tim also participated in the internship offered by Northwest Cancer Specialists in Portland helping to provide compassionate care through massage. Outside the office, he keeps involved at UWS acting as a Teaching Assistant for several classes in addition to providing massage at marathons and various other sporting events.
