We are located on the corner of NE Killingsworth and NE 33rd Avenue.  We are across the street from Walgreens, next to Subway.

Directions To Our Clinic

From I-5 South-

Take Exit 300 to merge onto I-84/US-30E toward Portland Airport/The Dalles.  Take Exit 1 for 33rd Ave.  Turn left at NE 33rd Avenue.  Travel approximately 2 miles to 5425 NE 33rd Ave.

From 1-5 North-

Take Exit 307 for Marine Drive E toward OR-99E.  Merge onto N. Marine Drive.  Continue to N. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.  Turn Left at NE Colombia Blvc.  Slight right at NE 33rd Ave.  Travel approximately 0.8 miles to 5425 NE 33rd Ave.

From 205 South-

Head north on I-205 N.  Take Exit 23B for US-30/BypassW.  Merge onto Colombia Blvd.  Continue on NE Killingsworth St.  Turn left to stay on NE Killingsworth St.  Turn left at NE 33rd Ave.  Our clinic will be on the immediate right hand side of NE 33rd Ave.

From Beaverton/Coast-

Head east on US-26E.  Exit onto I-405 south toward The Dalles/Salem.  Exit onto I-5 north toward I-84/The Dalles/Seattle.  Take Exit 300 to merge onto I-84/US-30E toward Portland Airport/The Dalles.  Take Exit 1 for 33rd Ave.  Turn left at NE 33rd Ave.  Travel approximately 2 miles to 5425 NE 33rd Ave.
