Dr. Jason Lindekugel
A bike commuter, runner, avid fly-fisherman and lover of local music has made Portland the perfect place for this doctor of Chiropractic. A native Portlander, he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree followed by state and national board certification. After completing his formal education, Dr. Jay went on to receive certification in Active Release Technique (ART), Egoscue, and Function Dynamics Exercise Therapies. ART is a special massage technique that removes longstanding scar tissue from muscles and other soft tissues. Dr. Jay has used this technique to treat elite athletes at the Iron Man Triathlon competition. With this technique, Dr. Jay can diagnose and treat your long-standing muscle problems, or simply tune things up for an up-coming event. In addition to passive therapies like Chiropractic manipulation and massage, Dr. Jay offers a series of uncomplicated postural exercises utilizing yoga positions and many other techniques to allow the muscles to hold their joints in proper alignment. It is a wholistic technique whereby he addresses the muscular imbalances from head to toe instead of just the site of pain.
